Friday, May 1, 2009. The one I didin't post. You can not imagine how sad i am. Cause i missed the posting date in the exact mounth i did the challenge not one but twice. and missed the posting day! But just have to say that i LOVED the recipe. Cheesecake is one of our favorite desserts and i have a special recipe but i thing it's about to change. WE REALLY LOVE! Topping was a strawberry jam and a toffle made with dulce de leche. Again. amazing. even better! May 3, 2009 at 7:23 PM. São Paulo, Brazil.

Friday, March 27, 2009. A real green lasagne. With lots of new stuffs for march the challenged had to be something real challenging! SOooo we made LASAGNE! The March 2009 challenge is hosted by Mary of Beans and Caviar, Melinda of Melbourne Larder and Enza of Io Da Grande. They have chosen Lasagne of Emilia-Romagna from The Splendid Table by Lynne Rossetto Kasper as the challenge. It was just amazing. totally new for me and something i would never had tried if it wasn't for the Daring Baker's!

As this mounth is a mounth of love for most of people around the world, in Brazil it's not - we only celebrate Valentine's Day in June - the Daring Baker's could only hav choossen a recipe to celebrate it! The February 2009 challenge is hosted by Wendy of WMPE's blog and Dharm of Dad Baker and Chef.We have chosen a Chocolate Valentino cake by Chef Wan; a Vanilla Ice Cream recipe from Dharm and a Vanilla Ice Cream recipe from Wendy as the challenge. Just loved. oopss.

Sunday, August 31, 2008. This mounth the challenge was amazing, not because the recipe but the origin of the recipe. We made chocolate eclairs from Pierre Herme! AMAZING, and the moust amazing thing was i had the book with the recipe but never tried it, i already had an amazing recipe so just kind of was sticy to it! Our lovevly hosts was MeetaK from Whats for lunch honey? And Tony Tahhan from Tony Tahhan. The recipe you can find at their blogs. I have to say that i really enjoyed making it!
