Monday, February 2, 2009. I will admit it, when my wife told me she had made reservations to the Melting Pot I was skeptical. I said, "didn't your sister just tell us she did not like it? Way (near Jordan's Furniture) about fifteen minutes before our reservation. Keep in mind this is a fondue restaurant and all I know about fondue is that it was real popular in the seventies and it involves a pot and melting stuff , beyond that I was clueless. Of cheddar, Sam Adams Lager. Hot , flavorful, very very tasty.

As I gear up to start blogging about area restaurants again I wanted to take a minute to remember all the great places that have closed in recent and not so recent years. Man in The Moon , Natick . Friday, August 5, 2011. Zaftig's Deli, Natick. This was a less than average deli experience , I may go back and try some other delights , but given the less than stellar service, high price, and lack luster food , I would rather spend my dime at Kugel's in Framingham where I know I will get a high quality deli experience. We had lunch there yesterday and I have to say it was DELICIOUS! They also brought a dish of raw veggies for me to sample their herbed cream cheese. August 6, 2011 at 12:53 PM.
