Although more than half of the population known themselves as working class, 43% see themselves as middle class and the report shows that the population of middle class will exceed the working class by 2020. Not only ethnicity problem, but also iatric resources problems. According to BBC has ever reported in 2002, NHS is not perfect, there are many problems। In many hospitals, invalids have to wait for a long time, and some equipments are so old that some of those equipments are used since ten or twenty years ago.
