27 Giorno di #LeBootCamp. E’ da una vita che non scrivo qui…. Sono stata impegnatissima e soprattutto non sono stata a casa…. Però devo ammettere che è stato abbastanza facile seguire la dieta (tranne che per due giorni, non avevo la possibilità di cucinare e nonostante abbia mangiato in modo sregolato… sono dimagrita 200 grammi!
