I have read many books on this topic with hopes of having an instant cure. I know that this is my own journey and I have to do the work. Thursday, September 6, 2012. Today my husband and I celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary! Sept 6, 1985. Today 2012. Love love him. My morning started off early with a 4 mile workout on the treadmill. I knew today was going to be busy so I figured I would get my mileage out of the way. My ankle was sore but not painful. I was a nice sweaty mess. Then I needed to shower and get to work. I have to admit that I am not one to workout in the mornings, but it did feel good! He is SO CUTE! 1 Yoga once a week.
