It is record time (3 days) for me to complete this 21st birthday cake from a very good sister for her brother who turned 21 last week. The helmet is hand molded from RKT and wrapped in fondant. Flavor of cake: milk chocolate cake and ganache and fudge frosting. All edible except the front part of the helmet where I bent floral wires wrapped with fondant to make the protective face gear.
