Miércoles, 3 de enero de 2018. Roscón tradicional y de chocolate en uno. ¿Para qué escoger? Para este 2018 quería variar la receta del roscón que vengo haciendo los últimos años pero tampoco quería renunciar al sabor del roscón tradicional. Intentando ser original y sorprender, me decidí por hacer un roscón de bolas para combinar los dos sabores en la misma mesa. Además, me resulta muy cómodo para congelar después el que sobra en las porciones ya pre- cortadas en su forma original. 100 gr harina de fuerza.
