Gus Gannon, his Mum Justine, and a group of volunteers created a morning tea to be remembered. Claire's joey troop created this wonderful bunting, which was displayed at one of the three stalls. Mrs Ritchie, Mrs Harrison, Mrs Martin-Saunders, their classes, local joeys, and a great many parent bakers put on several days of after-school stalls. The event was very well subscribed and much fun was had for an important cause. Curing Brain Cancer One Cupcake at a Time. ABN 86 421 678 796.

Don’t get out of the car to watch the footy. Don’t sympathise if your child has a cold or a cough over winter. Don’t look like I’m following the conversation (I’m not). Don’t look you in the eye. It’s so unfair! A friend has given me two quotes recently. They very aptly put into words these past three months:. I am managing to br...

Cupcakes for Clara
What if I've fallen out of love with blogging? When I started my business it began as a blog. A teeny tiny little blog. It wasnt much of anything really, just a few posts here and there about my work and my life. As my work and my life got busier so did my blog. My work became more interesting so my blog became more interesting and I started to find my groove. You could almost say that my business grew out of my blog - an organic process almost. And I loved every second of it. . What kind of idiot was I?

Hodgkins lymphoma. During her treatment to keep our spirits lifted, we dreamed up many different cupcake flavor ideas and baked and tested the winning ones when back home. Cupcakes for Dinner
Thursday, August 26, 2010. So it's been what, 5 months since my last post? Yeah, well Shakespeare hasn't written in a while, either! My dear friend/family member by choice/go-to-person-when-I-need-a-good-recipe, Missy, posted on her blog and in doing so, inspired me to post. 5 things I'm thankful for today:. 1 My Jeffrey comes home today! 2 That my foot is no longer broken. 3 Trader Joes. Today's lunch was sponsored by that wonderful store. 5 That the cleaning people are here. Yay for cleaning people!
