A cupcake a day keeps the doctor away! Söndag 13 mars 2011. Ett litet vårrecept, Rabarber and jordgubbspaj med havretäcke. Söndag, mars 13, 2011. Rabarber och jordgubbar för att fylla en pajform. 150 gram smör (eller margarin). 15 dl socker (alt. farinsocker). Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. Hacka rabarberna i ca 1 cm stora bitarna och dela jordgubbarna på fyra. Lägg i en pajform och strö över lite potatismjöl. Strö över rabarberna och jordgubbarna. Sätt in i ugnen och grädda i ca 20 min. Vad duktig du är!
