Monday, November 16, 2009. Baked omelette with sun-dried tomatoes, rocket and feta cheese. Why is it no one comes up with creative names for dishes anymore, like devils on horseback? This is the first recipe I have tried from Gino D'Acampo's book 'Buonissimo'. It looked like a fairly straightforward dish - perfect for a weekday night. Sunday, February 21, 2010. Coffee and almond crunch cake. I promised one of my lovely workmates I would bring a cake into work today as two of my friends there had birthdays during the week (in the two days following my youngest son's birthday :) ). Of course I didn't remember until last night, so I hadn't shopped for ingredients. I thought about making pecan and coffee cake. I'll have to make this again soon. 170g unsalted butter, softened. 3 eggs, lightly beaten. 60ml espresso or strong coffee, cooled.

She's diabetic, so I tried to make a cute cake out of whipped cream, that wasn't too sweet. Sorry about picture quality it was uploaded through my cell phone. Cake was a butter vanilla. On top.voila. It was really good and not to sweet. The most important was that she liked it. Thanks and keep posted for more pictures and recipes. 2 1/4 cup sugar.

I know roses are supposed to be in a corner the guitar in the center or bottom and her birthday in the right hand corner. Light blue guitar and roses, this was a tres. Leches cake with whipped cream icing. I know in this heat and a full sheet I don't know who has space in the frig for that. I hope they did! I added a few music. Notes, which I don't even.
