November 22, 2016. I had a horrible spike a few weeks ago. At that point, I was starting to think that the T was getting worse and that things were becoming hopeless for me. The spike lasted about almost two weeks, in fact. It was a very rough bout, full of anxiety and agony. But, then I remembered everything I talk about on this website the supplements, the body work, the sleep, the meditations and I decided to get back to doing those things regularly. Saturday, September 4, 2010. It's been about five months since my last post and I must say that I feel fabulous! I really believe that all of the juicing and healthy eating have really resolved all of my health issues. Now I just need to stay on top of exercising on a regular basis. The great news is that my family and I found out that we are expecting baby number four!
