On the road to recovery, there is life after pain. July 1, 2013. Treadmill time. Polar watch on. Ready to run. But why; why every time I use my polar watch does it randomly stop. Say my heart rate is 223? I’m sat down? Or just stop half way through my exercise… Talk about frustrating! I’d rate them about 6/10. There great (when they actually work! But this is my 3rd watch.
