So I Decided to Learn Guitar. When I was younger, I was forced to take Piano lessons. I didn't really care much for the whole process and consequently didn't put much effort into it. Ever since hitting the working world which turned my computer hobby into a career, I've been wanting a hobby to fill my time and give me an alternative to computer stuff. I got a Fender Standard Series Stratocaster Electric Guitar with Maple Fretboard. It was love at first sight.

I like to cook. Everyone needs to eat. I figure I might as well have fun while preparing food. I like trying news things now and then. While I'm no fancy chef, I can follow a recipe and I understand more than just the basics. I started learning to cook when I was pretty young. My mom showed me how to do a lot of things. Since then I've always been open to finding new techniques and styles of cuisine. In my condo, I have a reltively small kitchen but it's got just about everything you could ask for.

A speculative fiction epic about the colonization of a new world. The Mysteries of Carina Island. A NaNoWriMo book about an adventurer who gets stranded on a mysterious island and uncovers a lost civilization. A ScriptFrenzy project about working at a video game studio.

It's been a busy month and a half. I had a wonderful trip to France where I got to do a lot of sightseeing and lots of French speaking. It's been a long time since high school, but the language comes back quickly. I found a nice drink that I’m quite fond of: pastis. Specifically the Ricard brand.
