Sunday, January 23, 2011. I haven't been blogging much lately because both Anjali and Amar were sick over the past few days. Not much fun, but we did survive it all. To all of you who asked, the pot roast. Turned out quite well. I even made another crockpot recipe the other day: chicken makhani. And yum - quite a success!
