Three Kids, Two Sticks: home
http://threekidstwosticks.blogspot.com/2010/04/home.html
Wednesday, April 21, 2010. We're closing on our new house (! In less than a week. I had intended to spend this month moving and sorting, but 3 inches of water in the basement, strep throat x3, a birthday party, and a few days of beautiful weather derailed those plans. Pictures to come. gulp. Beth told me your exciting news :) Nice to have some time to pack and move slowly (especially with 3 kids! See you on saturday :). April 21, 2010 at 3:16 PM. What I’ve Said…. Spinster Yarns & Fibers. The Kick Cancer’s Ass Corporation. Welcome To Our World. Back In The Day. March 10, 2009, 8:01 pm. It feels like all I’m doing any more is trying to catch up. This blog has certainly suffered because of it. I’m not actually prepared to write much today, either. I did finally upload 800 photos off of the camera, though, so I thought I’d at least throw up some highlights. Create a free website or blog at WordPress.com. Blog at WordPress.com.

Crossroad Knits: Playground Mittens
http://crossroadknits.blogspot.com/2007/01/playground-mittens.html
Two states, three women, six kids and too much yarn. Saturday, January 27, 2007. Last Updated Nov. 2008. Playground Mittens are a modification of any basic mitten pattern, for any size or gauge. I used Ann Budd’s. The Knitter’s Handy Book of Patterns. Interweave Press, 2002) as my source, but any basic recipe would do*. At the end of this pattern is a list of links for such basic mitten patterns available online. To fit sizes 4-6 years/about a 6” hand circumference. Gauge: 5 stitches = 1”. CO 32 stitches...

Crossroad Knits: December 2009
http://crossroadknits.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Two states, three women, six kids and too much yarn. Thursday, December 10, 2009. I've unfortunately discovered that a swift and utter retreat is sometimes necessary in order to survive a vicious attack from the whims of fate. This blog, sadly, has been a casualty of my retreat. Around this same time, I ambitiously began gratitude scarves for the Oncology nurse and doctor who administered to my mother. The simple man's scarf for the doctor is finished. The delicate, lace scarf for the nurse is st...Humbl...

Saturday, January 27, 2007. Dont' Do it Mr. German Nutcracker! See, it's not just me trying to stall this Christmas cleanup.
