Foodie Fridays: Coconut Curry Shrimp. Thursday, May 7, 2015. Do you ever fall into a routine of week night meals? I'm trying to explore new recipes and cusines. I don't cook a lot of fish for fear of the dreaded fishy taste. I feel like it's so easy to overcook and so many chances to do it wrong. Well no more! I will not be afraid of fish. I love Pioneer Woman and I watched an episode where she made Coconut Curry Shrimp. It looked really good and super simple to make. I can do this!

Oregon Trip Part Two: A Foodie State of Mind. Saturday, November 15, 2014. Pardon the radio silence it's been a rough few weeks! I had not one, but two computers die on me. Good news I am up and running with a fancy schmancy new Mac. NOW on to the topic at hand, FOOD! I ordered The Moneyball. Derek had an egg, cheese and bacon on a biscuit. Sunday, January 19, 2014. We took Sawyer to the park this weekend and it's such great place to hang with your baby. It can be a daunting task to get out of the house, but the park is pretty easy.
