Now that we have a YouTube account you may want to produce videos for a Flipped Learning model or perhaps just to help your students review. In any case, SnagIt is a nice program to capture video but no one is perfect. If you add Windows Live Movie Maker as an output, you'll have a simple editor available before uploading to YouTube. I've seen some great uses of Kahoot, Quizlet, and Socrative in the last few years. However, one thing that makes these a bit tedious is the creation of the questions and the saving of a new game each time. But why not try Flippity. And for those in FCPS, it works in our domain! Ideas to get technology into the hands of students. Thursday, November 15, 2012. Intro to Google Drive. The switch to Google Drive came quickly. Now there are apps and offline capabilities. One thing to know first hand is the ability to load the Google Drive app only occurs when you are an administrator of a machine. That means students can not load the Drive app on a school machine.
