Desaru Lotus Beach Resort 2D1N-Part 2. 在那么好的环境下入睡，他X的，我竟然是平常周日的时间起床，很好.(咬牙切齿）. 一踏进餐厅，哇！人山人海的哦！人很多 不过还是找到了一张大桌子. 有个角落给你煮面吃，不过配料就是简单的葱，红辣椒，葱油酥，就不懂是没有鱼丸还是被拿完了，我们是没人煮这面来吃啦 哈哈！ 这里是Nasi Lemak，有rendang鸡，sambal辣椒和水煮蛋，当然少不了花生和江鱼仔啦. 这角落就有一些pastry和面包,旁边还有一个小烤炉给你把pastry弄热，这些pastry不错吃哦！ 这里是现煮的roti canai,好吃哦！配上鸡肉咖哩或者蔬菜的咖哩都好好吃哦! 突然有想叫他煮roti telur.哈哈 因为这些都是kosong的. 吃饱就到处晃，我忍不住脱下鞋子去浸海水了 哈哈！其他人都嫌天气太热回房间吹冷气 我就慢慢到处去拍照啦. 就这样结束了短暂的旅程 回程我只花了半个小时就出Ulu Tiram出口了.呃. My Photography. 当冰箱剩下一粒包菜，肚子又饿，这就是包菜煎饼出现的时候了 简单几样材料就可以做出爽脆可口的煎饼了. 其实我是吃腻了面汤和饭，又不想用油炒包菜，就这样，煎饼出现了. 材料=面粉 少许薯粉 鸡蛋 水 盐 胡椒粉. 很简单对不？就全部混合在一起，成为比较浓稠的面糊，再加入大量的包菜丝简单均匀。平底锅不加油煎熟就可以了. 加了大量的包菜，所以每口都是爽脆可口的包菜丝，有包菜的甜味，鸡蛋的香味，再沾上辣椒酱，好吃！！萝卜丝，青葱这些蔬菜可能随意加入，颜色和味道更加丰富. My Photography. 从来都没试过卤味，最厉害的就是买肉骨茶汤包直接一锅熟，什么桂皮八角的，全部都没买过. 这次下定决心要试看看自己来卤个什么来的，先来最简单的材料，就是豆腐，鸡蛋和肉. 用了焖烧锅焖了一个下午，味道刚好，咸度也ok, 非常下饭。剩下的卤汁我收起来准备捞冬粉吃 哈哈！ 想吃鲍鱼菇，就再想要怎么炒它。结果我看到新鲜的红辣椒，再把瘦肉切丝，就是它们了. 红辣椒没什么辣味，就是微微的辣椒香气，心想下次加点酸柑下去，应该会更加开胃. 嗯我明白这盘面的名字实在长，可是凭我不怎么灵活和每次读书时期作文都拿不到A的份上，就接受这名字吧！哈哈！ 那天和朋友庆祝圣诞节，朋友给了新鲜从盆栽摘下来的迷迭香，那股香味实在逼人！拿回家后就收进冰箱里，周末才“宰杀”它！！ 总觉得迷迭香和肉类很搭，可是我不想吃肉，看到上次买了一堆的意大利面，就决定简单地炒来吃好了，迷迭香的香味更加凸显. 蒜片 新鲜香菇 少许小辣椒 新鲜迷迭香 意大利面=迷迭香蒜片香菇意大利面. 同样被我秒杀的一盘面！好吃！！ Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My Photography. 现在的热门话题就是GST, 很常听到说趁GST来之前快点去买什么什么的，我也来捣乱一下，我趁GST来之前放上这篇zero rated的分享，哈哈. 话说面鬼非常喜欢吃面，丢给他吃什么面都会让他猛点头的赞好吃（或许怕说不好吃，我会一脚lap下去吧？）早已听闻这家补镬佬除了驰名的鱼头炉外，就是炒福建面最出名了，怎么能不带面鬼来尝尝？ 我现在才看到单据上是列明桔子酸梅！！！所以100 的价钱不详=.=". 点好菜后服务生就会放上一盘这看起来很开胃的sambal belacan，挤上酸柑，赞！！ 福建面（2人份）， RM10. 一来没有讨人厌的猪油渣（虽然有用猪油渣炒和焖煮）二来没有我印象中的黑酱油味道，这里的福建面是用卤汁下去焖煮的，有别于我印象中的福建面.好吃哦！ 我们才两个人，所以什么菜园鸡啦，鱼头炉啦全部不能点，当然也听所这里的酿豆腐好吃，点啦. 肉馅加了咸鱼下去，是典型的客家酿豆腐，加上用适量的豆酱焖煮，不咸也不淡，味道刚好. My Photography. 梦境之旅 - 土耳其航空Turkish Airlines. 在希腊拍的照片很多，脑里不断浮着一个星期所发生的点点滴滴，思绪越乱，越想不出怎么开始这游记。 最后决定从头开始。哪里是头？就是我所乘搭的土耳其航空开始吧 哈哈！ 容许我长气一点，我很健忘，想把这些小小的细节都记录下来 以后老了不记得了还有这些文字和照片让我炫耀一下，哈哈. 我乘搭飞机的次数不多，去年飞了两次内陆飞机去槟城，飞了一次去普吉岛。今年四月泰国泼水节飞去了曼谷。这四次的飞行都是廉价航空，这次乘搭的是国家的航空公司，心情无比兴奋（好啦，我是从鱼头山上下来的）毕竟是第一次吃飞机餐，第一次会用到机上的厕所，第一次要在飞机上睡几个小时。 土耳其航空在2013年连续获得“欧洲最佳航空”，“ 全球最佳经济舱机上餐食”等大奖，所以对它的期待不是没有理由的. 每次的飞行除了空服人员和机长，还有机上厨师（通常登机时都会站在空服员旁对你微笑问候)，当然你要享用厨师当场烹调的食物，就花多点钱坐商务舱吧. 经过11个小时的飞行，当地时间凌晨5点，双脚终于踏...主食是大片的chees...

Saturday, January 24, 2009. 今年的饼跟去年差不多 芽菇片，紫菜饼，花生饼和kuih bangkit都没有拍照到. 照片里有杏仁饼，青豆饼，凤梨酥圈还有第一次做的，参考迷糊蛋的butter cookies and 杏仁方酥. 这也是第一次弄的，参考蓝阿姨的食谱做的，台式凤梨酥 所以我总共做了两种凤梨酥 Thomas 在虎视眈眈. 1。凤梨酱:将凤梨碎及糖放入一小锅中煮至干，加入麦芽糖搅煮至金黄色，加入柠檬汁搅拌均匀，取出待冷，分成20G，做成小球状。 2。皮料: 将牛油，幼糖，奶粉，绿茶粉打至松，加入蛋及绿茶香精搅打均匀，加入面粉料拌匀成一团，分成25G 一份。3。用一份皮料包入一份凤梨酱，按入四方形之模内，用180度烘至金黄色(我大概烘了25分钟)，取出待冷，便可食用。 Labels: 中饼，西饼，年饼.
