Just an intro hello!: flower_remedies

Just an intro hello! Well, hello everyone. 8). I was first introduced to Bach Flower Therapy back in about 1992. I used Aspen for a bit, but quickly transferred to essential oils in aromatherapy. But I'm still curious about them. There wasn't much but the little pamphlets back then. Are there any good resources now? Will this site be strictly for Bach FT, or will it crossover into aromatherapy at all? Post a new comment. Anonymous comments are disabled in this journal. We will log you in after post.

I've updated the user info, so go have a read if you're interested. I wanted to clarify one of the ways that the use of BFRs differs from homoeopathy. A couple of my favourite remedies at the moment / recently:. This is typically said to be for despair, and so I presumed for a long time you had to be at the end of the line to feel justified in using it. However, I have found it good for when you just think a situation is a calamity and you don't know how you're going to get through it. Five minutes later...

The best place to start finding out about the remedies, as already suggested, is with the little leaflets you tend to get given when you buy a remedy - either from the Bach company or from Ainsworth's or whoever. If you want a little more depth, however, these are the best books I have found so far:. The 38 Flower Remedies. An insightful glimpse into the remedies in friendly paperback form. As I remember it (I borrowed a copy from a friend, and must get my own! The Bach Remedies Workbook. Would love to h...

Includes 'psychotherapeutic notes' on each remedy to go a bit deeper, and pairs of remedies so you can start to feel how to combine them and treat certain complex feelings. Similar but different remedies include:. Holly For when you really want to get at someone personally. You hate them. You want to hurt them. Even though (of course.) you wouldn't! Can be a good combination with Beech.) A book I've recently been reading says underneath this is hurt at how you've been treated. I'll put up references soon to these two really ace books I've been reading. Post a new comment. Anonymous comments are disabled in this journal. We will log you in after post. Post a new comment.

Hello to everyone, and welcome to this community dedicated to sharing our experiences with and knowledge about the Bach Flower Remedies. Please join the community, and do leave a post to say how you came here and anything about your experience of the remedies. I have chosen a picture of Mimulus flower for the page, as it is one of the first two remedies which Dr Bach produced, and also to remind us not to be too shy to post here! All best wishes to you! I just joined the homeopath lj group about 5 minutes ago and noticed a shout out for this one. I remember not long ago my mom mentioning the bach flower remedies and so being the natural healing nut I am, figured joining this place would be cool too. I'm wanting to learn so I hope no one minds that I don't really know much. I just wanna watch and hopefully pick up some information concerning bfr. Post a new comment. New here, and to flower remedies. I just joined this and the homeopathy community because I'm considering trying one or the other, and hope to learn something first. I don't even know of any practitioners in my area (Southern California USA). So I hope you don't mind if I just watch, listen and learn for a time. Post a new comment. re-evaluating remedies: flower_remedies
http://flower-remedies.livejournal.com/2527.html
Kitra (FKA Letitia/Tish) (. I've had depression issues since I was very young, and have been trying to control them for the last couple years with Bach flower remedies. I've had several changes in my life in the last few months, and am re-evaluating which remedies to use. Does anyone here have experience in switching things around a bit? Ie: should I mix two sets of remedies, and alternate every other day, or every other week, perhaps? If it might help answer my questions. Aspen "fear of unknown things".
