Sunday, October 2, 2011. Wow, I knew it had been awhile since I blogged but didn't realize it had been since July! So much has been going on with the Johnson's since then and we are all doing well. Hannah will be 9 months old on Tuesday so since my last post I'm sure you can only imagine she's changed so much. I guess I'll start with August and some highlights from 7 months. Here she is the first time she had puffs. I did manage to get a few good shots of Hannah and Sean before she clawed his eyes out.

When I signed on tonight to post, I didn't realize it had been well over a month since I updated everyone on what's been going on with The Johnsons! Hannah also is becoming much more active. Sunday, July 10, 2011. 4th of July weekend. We spent the holiday weekend in Nashville this year which is quite the change for us - especially me - as we've spent most of our 4ths at the beach. Sunday, December 12, 2010. This is a view of the whole nursery from the door. It was hard to capture everything in the room.this was the best I could do! This is an old dressing table I had in my room before Curt and I bought our house. The Beatrix Potter figurines where mine when I was a little girl as were the prints hung above. Hannah's bookshelf that her Daddy painted for her. Still needs a few more accessories and books but I'm sure her book collection will grow as she does. Tuesday, December 7, 2010.

Thursday, June 23, 2011. The last few weeks have been a whirlwind in our house! Curt recently had hip replacement surgery due to a condition in his hip called Avascular Nicrosis. Unfortunately, the reconstructive surgery he had in October to avoid a hip replacement wasn't successful (we knew this could be a risk) so on Friday, June 10th Curt had the total hip replacement. Monday, November 21, 2011. Arriving at the airport. First thing is first. Bloody Marys to celebrate the upcoming weekend :). We flew into Nashville where my parents greeted us and took us out to a nice dinner at Virago. The sushi was delicious, the wine plentiful, and the company priceless. Friday, January 13, 2012. I'm back in the saddle after a long, much needed holiday vacation! It is good to be back, but we already miss our friends and family. This is what we have been up to:. Drew and I packed up the dogs and headed across the country to Tennessee for Christmas and New Years. We split up the drive into two days, so we drove 9 hours the first day and 5 1/2 the next. Monday, March 31, 2014. For Spring Break, we went down to Ford Plantation. We hadn't been there in a long time as a family so it was great to be there. The first part of the week, the weather wasn't very good, but it got better at the end. We had such a good time just being away for a week and enjoying a change of scenery! The first morning when we woke up, we went straight over to the Main House for breakfast. I never get tired of the view there. Such a pretty morning. Or cottontails as Carrie calls it).
