The Many Adventures of the Schafer's. Russ, Brie, and Little Rusty. Tuesday, July 19, 2011. My, Oh, My! It's the 4th of July! Well, it WAS the 4th of July a few weeks ago. What an adventure this 4th of July was! Plus, Russ couldn't go because he had so much to do here with school and work, so help with Rusty wasn't ideal. And then, to make matters worse, my front passenger side tire completely blew [up] just outside of Baker, OR (which I hear is a death trap! I mean, REALLY? Here comes another good story:.

I hate the stuff. Just the thought of it makes me crinkle up my nose. But, my children LOVE it. That's their favorite lunch. And the label on the above picture - "gourmet bologna."
