Keeping up with the Curtis's. Thursday, May 29, 2008. Davie turned 6 months on the 16th. I can not believe he is half way to a year! It just does not seem right. I need to start planning his birthday party! I took him to his check up on the 23rd. He is doing great! I thought I would still nurse him twice a day but he prefers the bottle now. He LOVES it! And will be shopping for the cutest one I can find tomorrow! Anyway, so the first night he had a big bottle before bed. He slept from 9:45 until 8:30!

February 9, 2010. We went to the rodeo last week and had the BEST time! We went with Nanny, Grandpa, Yaya and Heston and had a great evening. The kids rode a few rides, we watched barrel racing, ate funnel cake, and enjoyed the rodeo. My farm loving children were so excited to see the horses and longhorn and Ella squealed and laughed so hard when the kids chased the baby calves :) She talked about the ro-dee-do for days! June 30, 2009. We had a surprise party for Ash for her birthday this year. If you know Ashley, you know that she loves her birthday so it was fun to celebrate her special day. Cindy's family came down from Arkansas and surprised her and she loved it! It has been a while since we have seen them so it was great to catch up with everyone. We had a shrimp feast and it was wonderful! Cindy saddled up one of the horses and let everyone ride. Ella had her first ride with her Nanny :). June 14, 2009.

Here are some recent pictures of the kids. One morning I cut her about half of one for breakfast and left the rest on the table and when I turned around, she had grabbed it and was eating it herself. My girl loves to eat! The Finans came for a sleepover and Jackson and Micah played all night with sunglasses and backpacks as secret agents.

December 12, 2009. Santa came to visit at YaYa's house! The kids ate pizza, decorated cookies and waited in their pj's for Santa to arrive. So fun! Jackson, Heston and Jack were beyond excited to see him and Ella and Lawson were not quite as excited. They both screamed when they sat with him and gave us the classic kid on Santa's lap photo.
