So after losing 4 pounds in about 3 week, I have started to back slide. i let my eating and exercise go this week and now the scale says i'm back to 174. I will wait till my official weigh-in on Monday to log it and maybe just maybe I will have gotten another pound off by then. Thanks for all of your encouragement, I NEED it!
