My 2 wheel habit. Monday, June 10, 2013. So close but yet so far away. The next lap was a prime lap and they started to build the gap. I pulled the plug a few laps later as I started to dry heave. You know you are going hard when that starts to happen. We averaged 27.6 mph. First time since racing Ballard (2009) that I was not able to finish. My 2 wheel habit. Monday, September 12, 2011. Thanks to Mike at Cascade bike club. 7500 ft of climbing. 113 miles. Started at 7:15am and finished at 1:55pm. Good day. My 2 wheel habit. Wednesday, July 24, 2013. The Best month of the Summer! Brad Lewis Memorial (Boat St) Criterium and State Championship. There was a break of 3 that got away and my teammate Chris was able to come through in 6th place and I finished in 10th. We had a few crashes as well and a few people when down on the straightaway. Again I hope all heal fast. After a 2 year hiatus from this race due to losing some precious skin ( see here. Great to have Lindsay and Ridlee there. Teamwork!
