Sunday, January 25, 2009. We had fun on our trip to Iowa right after Christmas. We left a couple of days after Christmas and it was a long trip! The drive was about 20 hours total. We did get caught up in some snow and ice in Kansas and had to stop for the night. We were disappointed bc we wanted to make the drive in one day without stopping. but we were close! Our other fun thing to do on the trip was watch all of the Rocky movies! Here is a link to our photo album for the trip.

Monday, April 20, 2009. Pics from my GA visit! Well, Kara has sent me the pics she took while I was visiting. She is getting into professional photography and has a business called Honeysuckle Dew. Friday, October 10, 2008. Well we finally got to go to the famous Balloon Fiesta. We didn't make it to any of the acensions bc you have to get up really early and I wasn't really into that. We bought tickets to go to the balloon glow last Saturday but it was canceled, so we went last night instead. It was fun! Sunday, April 19, 2009. Ed's Surprise Retirement Party. Last night we went to El Pinto (a Mexican resturaunt with yummy food and that's as big as a giant mansion) for Ed's retirement party. This past December, Glaxo Smith Kline decided to go through some restructuring and offered to allow early retirement to those who were already close. Friday, November 28, 2008. Thanksgiving and Decorating for Christmas. For Thanksgiving, we woke up with a pleasant surprise- we got a new niece! Cassidie had her adorable little girl, Cammie. I can't wait to meet her! She has strawberry blonde hair, just liker her mommy. I know Cassidie and Scott will be great parents and I'm so happy for them! Last week Katelyn graduated from her little toddler bed to her twin bed. Yay! We also did some major cleaning, so now it looks great! Wednesday, November 26, 2008.

Late but I promise I did start to get my Christmas entry ready on Christmas day. but then I got really busy with the kids, then traveling, and then school. ahhh! I am really sorry Mom and everyone else who has been waiting so patiently! Christmas was lots of fun. Katelyn and Hunter got lots of toys and we had fun just spending time together. Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Pics from last weekend. I just downloaded pics of my nephew Dylan's 1st birthday party this past weekend. We had a great time! Katelyn especially enjoyed playing on the playground at the park. Kayleen did an awesome job with the whole event- especially the adorable train cake.
