Melita's ministry blog. 我終於完成離職手續，想寫一寫整個過程自己的 五味 和 雜陳。 離開 ，是漸進的決定，我想，未來如果真有可能 回來 ，也會是一番過程吧。 在我的離職信中，雖然儘量寫的清楚了，仍還是感受到有不解的聲音，對此我也有一些不好意思，畢竟我一直都是說要去進修，自己先申請打工簽證也不敢先提起，當時是打算等確定拿到簽證再申請離職 送出離職申請也不敢妄然提起，畢竟這也是需要確定的，所以只有相關同工知道，導致公佈後會給人 突然 的感覺。 兩年多前，我就時常嚷嚷著 我還完學貸就要去打工遊學 兩年前 2013 的六月我也的確還完了。 還完了，出發嗎 我沒忘記當年加入學園時，跟上帝說的那一個 五年 的約定 我一顆想飛的心總因此再壓下來。 怎麼說 其實，當年加入時我是申請直接受訓，如果我順利受訓，依據與學園政策，兩年的訓練結訓後需再服事兩年，也就是至少四年，那麼我就可能任性地 放飛 了。 但上帝很 精明 ，為了幫助我持守 五年 ，讓我不能進入受訓、先實習，這意味著我就必須實習一年、受訓兩年、依政策再服事兩年，總計為五年。 Follow Blog via Email.
