Goal #2 | My weight loss journey
https://gutbustersblog.wordpress.com/2014/05/28/goal-2
My weight loss journey. So, goal #2 was to hit onederland, which was followed by a reward of a cut and color. I met that goal back in January, but I’m a GIANT pansy when it comes to getting my hair cut because I had a HORRIBLE experience when I was in high school then resulted in me being called “mankind” for my senior year. It was horrible. I agonizingly looked through pictures of hair styles not finding. I liked. I finally found it. The perfect cut and boy was it a doozy! What do ya think? Thank you so...

The laziest runner you ever will meet. Rock ‘n’ Roll Raleigh Training. 2015: A Year to Get Shit Done. January 2, 2015. 2014 was a pretty good year for my running “career”. Back in 2013 (I think around March), I started Couch to 5K and wrote my first blog entry at the end of May about how I was going to run the Tinkerbell Half Marathon. At the time I was struggling to run for 10 minutes straight, but was determined that I would run a half marathon in 2014. Marathon Training: Week 1. December 29, 2014.

For a quick overview, I’ll give a rundown of equipment/running shoes, proper form/technique, foot stride and turnover, pacing, and overall fueling for before, during, and after your run. To be clear, this is all from. The only difference is my chosen footwear, and besides that, all content can be applied to any style of running 🙂 Enjoy!
