Name's Sean 'fozzy' Foster, 40yrs old. I run Fluid Movements and been Melbourne Tri Club head coach for 7years. Raced World Olympic standard in 1998, and pro ironman till 2003. Lots of water under the bridge since, developing as a tri coach. In 2011 I will attempt to qualify for Hawaii again, having completed it in 99 and 01 qualified in 03. 4 cups mashed potatoes-no skins. 3 Tbls. butter. 1/2 cup milk or cream. Mix all the ingredients above and cool the dough. Add flour just before rolling out. 1 cup flour to bind the dough and to roll out very thin. Bake on griddle until golden brown, turning often to prevent scorching.
