Yes In Louisiana, where I’m from originally, they give drivers licenses to 15-year-olds. Actually, in Louisiana, you can operate heavy machinery at 16 because that’s when most people get married, start drinking and go on Food Stamps. But, I digress. I was too young and stupid to realize you had to put oil in the car, every now and then, so one day my brown Toyota Corolla threw a rod and died.
