Iron Curtain on Grounds. 27 April, 2014. There is a section of the Berlin wall from the Hefner Collection being displayed on UVA grounds near the Alderman Library. The four sections of concrete barrier contain two murals by the graffiti artist Dennis Kaun. The bright paintings depict two kings. One is a bright-eyed smiling king and other is frowning and blindfolded. The content of the mural is obvious but poignant and the slabs of wall are stunning to look at.
