Apr 10, 2012. Life is pretty great around the Bean house! At the beginning of the year we found out that I am pregnant and we seriously couldn't be more excited about it. We decided not to tell anyone until I was about 12 weeks along, which fell right around Valentine's Day. Jun 29, 2012. This past weekend, we painted the baby's room. Huge thanks to my sisters and cousin Jessi for the help. I absolutely love the way it turned out! The colors are so bright and fun. With every preparation we make, we become more and more excited and it also becomes more real. I can't believe we are going to have a baby in nine weeks! June 29, 2012 at 9:55 AM. Sep 9, 2012. When we went to the doctor for our 38 week appointment, the doctor scheduled us to be induced just a few days before our due date. The doctor said that since I was already dilated to a 2 and 90% effaced, I was a good candidate for induction. We couldn't have been more excited! We were looking forward to Tuesday, August 28th at 9am like it was christmas.but WAY better! At about 10:30pm my water broke and the contractions were getting a little more intense.
