Pea and Ham Soup. 200g yellow or green split peas, rinsed and drained. 1 ham bone (from a cooked ham). 1 carrot, chopped. 1 onion, chopped. Salt and freshly ground pepper. Chopped parsley to serve (if you want too). If you don’t have a ham bone, use stock instead of water, and finish the soup with 200g chopped ham. Tags: Pea and Ham.
