We may not have it all together, but together we have it all. Tuesday, July 3, 2012. Miss Oaklyn has FINALLY arrived! Well not so much finally. She made her appearance at 38 1/2 weeks but I was definitely ready! Colin's one job (besides the obvious of supporting me and comforting through delivery) was to make sure I got an epidural. At this point he told (not asked) the nurse to get me my epidural and FAST! We sure appreciate how wonderful she is to us. Oaklyn is so curious about the world around her....

I had to wake up early to shower and get ready (hello, 10 am church is impossible. With a newborn). When I came out of the bathroom, I found that Colin had gotten Oaklyn out of her bed and had laid her on my pillow next to him and covered her tiny feet with the blanket. Our friends, Dan and Kristi, invited us because Kristi organizes the rodeo every year. It was so much fun. I just love those Idaho summers. Thursday, November 19, 2009. 前几天，我婆婆和公公倒咖啡店去吃东西。吃完了，公公就去拿车，叫婆婆等一下。等了一下，婆婆就站起来准备离开，突然觉得全身没力，手贴着地上，慢慢地倒在地上，撞到头。旁边有人看到了，就扶婆婆起来，公公整个人都愣了，立刻送她去叔叔家。我父母也马上赶去，去到时就发现婆婆嘴巴已经歪了，中风了。她现在躺在医院，半身不遂。身体插着很多管，吃东西也要从管子放进去。可是她左手依然有感觉。希望婆婆能快点好起来，行动自如。 Thursday, October 29, 2009.
