Out of pure frustration I punched a wall last night and did some damage to the knuckles. The Dr was called who changed her mind about 4 times between A&E and a packed ice. Decided on packed ice in the end,. I now have to wait until tomorrow morning before I can get a X-ray on my hand. Oh and I have to take 80p for some reason, car parking presumably.

April 24, 2014. Slept well, but then my mood dipped badly and I was unable to really function. Stumbled around like a depressed zombie for the rest of the morning, until I spotted the door that leads to floor where the poor kids with ‘eating disorders’ live. I simply wrote on it in indelible ink. What a great quote.
