まだ疲れが残っている。。。 18：30からJAM諏訪地協の幹事会のため、時間まで諏訪湖周辺を10kmほど流す。 昼からアイスクリームを食べにシャトレーゼ（白州）まで、ロングライド. が、いっこうに見つからない。気づいたら7km行き過ぎていた。 看板がなくなっていたのだ。。。 一連のＦＵＪＩＹＡ問題の影響か？ トータル70km 乗り応えあった。 ２０秒もがき １分４０秒流し を６回 × ２ . 帰り、気温が低い上に風も強く 、薄着で行ったので死ぬほど寒かった。 本気で凍傷になるかと思った。 危険を感じた。 まだまだ寒い。油断は出来ない。 . 13km を４０分 17ｋｍ/ｈ Ave. 追い風傾向。 時間の都合で切り上げる。 いつものプロテインを飲んで マックへ行く。チキンフィレお。 チノサイクルへよってCannondale CAAD9.3の見積もりをしてもらう。 12300;今シーズンは終わりかも･･･」とのことでした。。。残念。 この時期はレースパンツの上にパンツ（←いまどきの言い方で）を履いているけど. 朝は快調。いつもの通勤。30kmAveで走る。

気温は低いが快晴 五月晴れ 日曜日！ こんな日だから 当然？ メンテ。。。 が、深夜まで作業しても、ホイールの分解清掃は出来なかった。 シューズカバーがほしい･･･. メーデー中は何とか天気が持ったが、、帰る時間帯に突風と雷雨。ひぇーと事務所に避難。 雨の上がった2時頃再始動。JAM長野事務所によりつつ、コンビニランチ（チキンサンド、つぶあんマーガリンこっぺ、ミルク）。桜もほとんど散った。 緩めの諏訪湖1周。上社経由で茅野へ。MTB、若干の向かい風？、寝不足の体にはきつい。 足がぜんぜん回らない。鉛のようだ。ヘロヘロになりながらコンビニでアミノ酸 クエン酸チャージ。 最後の力を振り絞って お家に向かう。 途中 ファミリードラッグでプロテインときな粉、補給食購入。 ジャストフィットだ。ただし幅に関しては大きい方に余裕はない。しっくりというかんじ。 今日のコースは久しぶりに御柱街道 1000mまで。おお、確実に速くなっている。 そこそこのペースで1周。そのまま帰路についたが、途中でどうしても腰が痛くて止まってしまった。 夜中、水気と跳ねを綺麗に清掃。ぴかぴかです。 ビンビンくる。剛性が高いとい...

先週末、３連休はキャンプに行ってました。青木湖。 で、今週末、、仕事が忙しいので出勤。 霧ケ峰まで ５４分３８秒！ 余裕の１時間切り。最速記録。 来年まで維持できるか。。。 40分30秒。前とそれほど変わっていなかった。。。なんで。。 日記サボってましたが、走ってきました。乗鞍。 25日は都合により車中泊となる。。。スキー場駐車場は穴場だった。 5時30分起床。6時に朝食。アンパンほか。 7時59分 Dクラススタート。10列目くらいからか。 中間地点では31分台の好タイム。だか、、第2チェックポイントの前に左ふくらはぎと前腿が攣りそう。 ほとんど攣った状態。 ストレッチをしながら、過負荷にならないようにまわして上った。 特にタイマーを気にせず、ゴール後に目をやると19分台。ちょっと悔しかった。 17分台はいけると思っていた。ちょっと甘かった。油断した。 下山後、無料温泉につかって 帰宅。一人寂しかったので抽選会には出ず。 夕方、霧ケ峰まで。54分台。 12288; 乗鞍に向け、今週はダイエット週間にしよう。 12288; 最後の調整。

Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Our own Lambert Vaes riding up the Galibier last month in the French Alps, like a BOSS. Monday, June 24, 2013. Ocala Road Race (Sunday). Lambert Vaes (2nd) and Kerry Duggan (3rd) represented in Ocala for the orange and gray of Cycle Logic. Basically Lambert and I plus a guy from Florida Velo attacked 50 racers on Pumpkin hill (Germantown) and managed to stay away the last 4 miles to finish 8 seconds ahead of the bunch. (and as it turned out 3 massive crashes near the finish).
