Cycle Israel 2008

Wednesday, 30 April 2008. Day 5 saw us arriving in Jerusalem but before we did so we had another 65 kms to cycle and most of them were up hill. One climb was 5 miles. It was extremely difficult but we managed. The temperature was slightly cooler in the lower 30's. Cycling into Jerusalem was wonderful and the last couples of miles were spent riding through the streets dodging the traffic. After we arrived we said goodbye to our guide Ami and mechanic Boris who had both proved to be superb. We have made it!
