Kids work to earn bikes at Cycles APC. Today in the shop I met Richard Farries, who is eleven years old. He explained to me that a friend in his neighborhood at Alameda Point Collaborative (APC) told him about Cycles of Change. He has a BMX mountain bike that he loves.
