Change your travel habits it's never too late to learn. Dilys is really encouraging and gives you the confidence. The most important thing I found was that she allowed you to progress when you felt confident to do so and although encouraging was never pushy. A complete beginner, Aug07. I wanted to go cycling with my children. But I had not got on a bike for over 20 years. A google search led me to contact Dilys and it was the most useful thing I did in 2013. A ride to get some fresh air is fantastic.
