While the class is technically a team event for my former team, quite a few Average Joe's seem to show up and take adavantage of the cheaper classes. I can't blame them. UCI will probably appeal to CAS if that happens. There are also rumors that Basso is done at CSC. Assuming Basso walks free, my hunch is Basso will end up at Discovery. My Wife Is Faster. Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Well thanks to the most excellent frame warranty from Trek I now have my replacement Rig frame. It was a sad day to take the old frame down to bare metal. That whole process took 10 minutes which included the 5 minutes I spent finding a shoe box to put the parts in. I wasn't sure how I would fair but ended up scoring at top ten in the sand bagging class of Cat 4. Time to upgrade. Two races, two decent results.
