Hummus with carrot or celery sticks. Simple homemade oatmeal raisin cookies. Has 11 grams for every a cup. Chicken, turkey or tuna sandwiches. Make sure to use 100% wheat bread. Then why wouldn’t you be active? I’m not saying you need to train for a marathon but you need to START MOVING. My work out Sunday night: I went for a 1/2 hour walk and did 10 minutes of exercises on my stability ball . almost 25 weeks pregnant. Does the thought of you being ill someday make you more active?
