I mean your personality - everything - is kind of set of values which tell how you react to situations. Its something that makes you unique. And if personality disorder then is an unbalance of those values. They are a bit wrong causing you to suffer among others. Obviously the cure is to change those values to normal. A diary or something like that. Tuesday, June 28, 2005. I watched anime Neon Genesis Evangelion this morning. It had a episode consisting only about that Shinji having somekind of self talk/evaluation time. I haven't been too interested about the series (but it goes well while having breakfast), but this time it really touched something inside me. First I thought "this is silly" but then I more and more realized that it was almost like from my life. Why would I get sad for having great intimate moments?

I have difficulties in sitting 8 hours at work without starting to cry and trying to look even somewhat content and normal.
