Sunday, September 23, 2007. Sad to hear tt one of my pt has passed away yest. He was still able to talk to me yest. He was once a difficult pt. deteriorating quite fast from the previous condition. Actually for transfer to AMK in the end cancelled due to the worsened condition. I was once find him irritating. How can i feel that as a nurse. I really felt bad abt it. His wife came to visit him everyday without fail. Bring some of the food tt he likes cos he always refused hosp food. I am sorry , MR Goh.

Always get scolding whenever i found clothes messed up by her. Get anxious easily esp during her 1st o level paper. Excellent leadership. strike for her study. Topped the class, well liked by mates.
