I'm hoping that, when he passes, the sudden uptick in activity for me (finding an additional job and moving back to Vermont) will help me deal with the sadness, on top of the normal Seasonal Affective symptoms. Random Reflections. on Running. I've gone from "I don't run unless someone is chasing me" to finishing my first 5k in three months! Finished Week 3, started Week 4. I finished week 3 about a week ago. I wasn't feeling 100% but I'd had a stressful day. I was in the office. Bosses siting. I needed to move. It was nothing special.
