Thursday, October 10, 2013. Banana Cake with Butter Cream sauce. 6 ripe bananas mashed. 2 tsp baking soda. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/4 cup wheat germ. 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Whisk ingredients together in large bowl, pour into greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan, bake at 350 degrees until knife can be inserted into the middle and and it comes out clean.
