Mini pizza by hesti. 400 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi. 200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang. 70 gr gula pasir. 3/4 sachet ragi instant (1 sachet = 11 gr). 300 ml air hangat. 2 siung bawang putih, geprek, cincang halus. 250 gr bawang bombay, cincang halus. 1 1/2 botol saus tomat. 1 1/2 sdm oregano bubuk. 500 gr daging cincang (beri sedikit air sampai menjadi pasta agar ketika ditumis tidak bergumpal). Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis.
