En ze is een groot fan van Frozen. De taart heb ik gevuld met botercrème met citroen en aardbeienjam. De botercrème heb ik gemaakt met 200 gr plantenmargarine, 100 gr poedersuiker en het sap en de rasp van 1 citroen. Als je dit ongeveer 10 minuten mixt, krijg je een mooie gladde botercrème.
