I’m 26 years old and currently live with my husband and our fur-baby Katniss! We just recently tied the knot in July 2015. It’s important that I change my lifestyle and eating habits to better our chances of having a future family with the obstacle of PCOS. We both recently gave up meat and became vegetarians. Realizing what my obstacles are and what it is that I am doing that is causing me to get in my own way, will help me to get out of my own way. Coffee Creamer. I don’t measure that shit out. 3 table spoons easy, 100 calories. Carbs included. It’s just a drink. My elliptical sits lonely in the dark. Wean out all coffee.
