Her friend Sarah sent her this wonderful recipe for Zucchini Fries. From the WeightWatcher’s website. Enjoy! 1 tsp Seasoning, italian. 1 Tbsp Flour, white. Tsp Salt, table. Cup(s) Bread crumbs, dried, plain. 2 medium Zucchini, raw. 2 large Egg whites. 3 Roast, turning once, until desired crispness, about 12 minutes. Yields about 8 fries per serving.
