The world as seen through our eyes. On August 16, 2013. We thank God for the love and protection that we have from the people here! Below are a few pictures taken in the last few weeks:. We are learning to wear many hats here… Dustin is now also a brick layer. The men were putting on the last bricks of the church… next up: the roof. Learning to make a reed mat. We were introduced to a missions organisation called AIM (Africa Inland Mission) and quickly decided that we wanted to be a part of what they are doing in africa. Since then, we have had part of our dream realized when we went to South Sudan in 2008. Now we are currently working towards returning to Africa, but this time to Mozambique. I am so pumped! We are joining a multicultural/multi-talented team when we get out there. ...

This year I found myself ringing in the year with my parents, one of my brother's and his family and two friends. It was a fun filled evening and a sharp contrast to last year. I "caught" 20 babies. Moved from Asia to North America. Took the most stressful test of my LIFE and passed! Imported my dog Clover to the States and said goodbye to my old dog Zacchaeus.
