StyloMotion: December 2008
http://stylomotion.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
A place to discuss floaty pens. Tuesday, December 30, 2008. I bought these Christmas pens in Calgary, Alberta, in the summer of 2004. I came upon them in a shop while I was there on a visit from Edmonton where I was working at the time. I particularly like the one of the girl and Santa Claus carrying the tree. Saturday, December 27, 2008. A penchant for Pez. The designs are fabulous, both front and back. Sunday, December 21, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Click on the pictures to see pen details.

StyloMotion: October 2008
http://stylomotion.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
A place to discuss floaty pens. Saturday, October 18, 2008. The pen selection in Paris was unique. These are all Eskesen pens made in Denmark, but the styles are quite different. The clothing seems to disappear when these pens are tilted back and forth. In actual fact, it seems that there's a tube of black floating up and down inside the pen. The places where the clothes appear are cut away and on a different level so the black can slide between. Clear as mud? Sunday, October 12, 2008. Pike Street market...

A place to discuss floaty pens. Saturday, August 14, 2010. I hadn't been to Brussels since I was a child. It was interesting to return. Caran d'ache pen from Switzerland - a gift. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Click on the pictures to see pen details. I only like the floaty pens made by the Eskesen company in Denmark. The pens have the words "Made in Denmark" embossed on the flat metal clip or imprinted in the clear plastic at the top. Drought rivals 1930s dust bowl in U.S. - LA Times. The Floaty Pen Zone.

StyloMotion: October 2009
http://stylomotion.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
A place to discuss floaty pens. Monday, October 5, 2009. Slight departure from floaty. I bought a Stabilo Bionic Worker pen to try it out. Quite expensive. Apparently indestructable. In the UK, it's called a "Builders' pen" because construction workers are called "builders.". I tried it but didn't really like it too much. I went to a Beatles souvenir shop to check out whether they warrant a floaty pen. He laughed and laughed, evidently thought it was insane, but he gave me a discount on the pens! Click o...

StyloMotion: March 2011
http://stylomotion.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
A place to discuss floaty pens. Sunday, March 13, 2011. A visit to Freud's London residence in Hampstead revealed a cache of floaty pens. Sigmund Freud only lived in London for one year before his death, but his daughter Anna lived on afterwards in the house at 20 Maresfield Gardens. Freud's famous couch is on show and the chair he sat on out of view of his patients. This is the exterior of the house. I would have loved to buy some Freudian slippers from the gift shop. A place to discuss floaty pens. Sunday, May 10, 2009. Weird find in Windsor. Went to Windsor Castle last week. On the way out of the castle, after checking in about three gift shops on Her Majesty's premises, I mentioned to these men that there were no Windsor Castle floaty pens to be found anywhere. They are in charge of taking back audio guides as visitors depart the castle. They also ensure that tourists behave themselves. Tourists think they are just for show," he said. "But they are working.". This ...
